Something I Miss

I haven't thrown for a few years. I am now itching to get my hands in some clay. I thought it would be fun to throw in the desert. I brought all of my tools..even my wheel. Needless to say I didn't throw a lick. I brought my wheel back..forgot ALL of my tools! I have been waiting for my dad to send them..still waiting. I just set up an area in my back yard to throw. I think I'll be buying new tools.

Thang Long Vase

I made this tiney, tiny vase for Bry on Valentines Day. This is the pattern on the plates of one of our favorite restuarants in san Fransisco..Thang Long...the BEST garlic noodles!

Raku

These were done in porcelane. I wanted the blue to look like an old, leather bound book with a teacup (and a lizard hanging out). The white vase is one of my favorites..notice the flower? 

Cobalt Blue Pieces

I love how cobalt blue turns out on Porcelane. Here is a Koi teapot I made for Bry. I am going to make the handle out of metal and Beads. The shells are from our beach in Italy.
